Vision Learning Centre was established as a wellspring of knowledge with a creative approach of imbibing knowledge from highly qualified and experienced teachers. With an aim to make education more than just adequate, Vision Learning Centre strives to achieve excellence in learning keeping the students aspirations, aptitude, and abilities in mind.

Our Approach
THEORETICALLY, A PHYSICIST SHOULD MAKE A GOOD DRIVER, RIGHT? But that's not true practically. And yet, we use knowledge a criteria to judge the skill of a person.
At Vision Learning Centre, we believe that subject knowledge doesn't make a good teacher. Hence we've designed the Vision Learning Methodology that has equipped our teachers with the tools to ensure learning is maximised. Combining the classic Psychology with modern Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), the Vision Learning Methodology has proven to be effective with students of varying learning capacities. Our approach to facilitating learning is based on fostering a close relationship with our students in a guru-shishya model that enables to foster values along with education. We believe that learning should be absolutely fun and we take our fun seriously!

Steffi (Jadhav) Kamble (Director, Faculty)
Steffi is the faculty for Accounts, Economics, Business, Financial Management, Operations for Commerce (IGCSE, A-Levels, BBA, MBA).
Steffi is an educationalist at heart and is constantly researching efficient methods of teaching difficult topics for easy understanding and retention. Steffi’s relationship based approach to teaching enables her students to freely share their challenges and seek advice. She is intuitive in identifying an individual’s learning curve and custom designs her teaching for each of her students.
Her experience in reviewing IGCSE and A-Level Text-Books for Cambridge has given her expertise in co-designing the effectiveness of the Vision Learning Methodology.
Steffi comes with 7+ years of professional teaching experience in the field of Commerce and Business Management.

Abhishek Kamble (Director, Faculty)
Abhishek is the faculty for Business, Management, Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, and IT for Commerce (IGCSE, A-Levels, BBA, MBA). He is also the English faculty for IGCSE and A-Levels.
His passion for teaching is seen bursting out in every class that he takes. He adopts an experiential learning format in his classrooms and believes in the power of apt and witty examples and analogies to ensure that every class is fun. His creates a highly interactive environment for his students to learn in.
Using his background in Psychology and NLP, he is the co-designer of Vision Learning Methodology.
Abhishek comes with 8+ years of professional experience which consists of a blend of management, teaching and facilitating, digital media design, event-management, art, and music.
